Country Cart Waste Disposal Pty Ltd (Country Cart) is committed to offering the highest levels of service to its valued customers. In order to assist us in delivering on our promises, please note our Waste Pickup Policy stipulations. By ordering a waste collection service from Country Cart, you agree with the intent and the stipulations within this Policy.
If your gate is closed we will not open it. A closed gate to us is an indication that you do not want your bin to be picked up or that you have livestock, pets and/or children (see below) on your driveway. Unless prior arrangements are agreed to, you will still be invoiced for the service.
There must be clear access free from vegetation and obstacles for our trucks to enter properties, empty bins, turn and depart safely. Bins must be placed at an agreed collection point that is safe for drivers to empty. Where there is no clear access, bins must be left at a designated point at the driveway entrance.
Livestock, Pets and Children
If you have any livestock, pets and/or children on your driveway and our driver does not deem it safe to pick up your bin, they will not do so. You will still be invoiced for the effort to drive to your location. You will also be contacted and informed about this situation.
Interruption to Service
If you are away for an extended period, please contact us and we will not invoice you for this period of time. If you do not contact us and we still make the effort to empty your bin (regardless if it is already empty or not) you will still be invoiced for this service. Interruption to Service is not available to customers with a Dumpster Annual Agreement.
The following is a list of items/substances that you are prohibited from putting into all Country Cart bins. This could be because the transfer station will not accept them or we are not insured to transport them. If you put any of the below into a Country Cart bin we will charge you additional fees at our discretion and may cancel your service. If we are prosecuted because of what you put in our bins, we will pass on all associated penalties and costs due to loss of business.
Prohibited Waste list:
Tyres, Batteries, Mattresses, Prescribed Waste, Drums, Hazardous Material, Steel, Pallets, Concrete, Asbestos, Large Heavy Objects, Bricks, Dirt, TVs and all Liquids including Oils, Chemicals and Paints.
Late Payment Fees and Collection Costs
If your account is overdue, we reserve the right to withhold services and charge you a late payment fee. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
